Returns Policy

Every effort is made to ensure that you will never need to return an item, however should you need to do so we promise to make the process as quick and easy as possible

For information on how to return an item please see below.

Faulty or Defective Goods

Please email help@ldlonline.co.uk or call 01225 438188 to register your faulty item.

In order to efficiently process your return a sales order reference or invoice number will be required, we may also request a photo of the damaged item.

Delivery of replacements will be made to the original delivery address unless otherwise advised.

If necessary, we will arrange to collect the goods from you at which point you will be given a unique returns number. This returns number must be clearly marked on the outside of the consignment prior to its collection. Please ensure the package is adequately wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

PLEASE NOTE: Drivers will not collect any visibly inadequately wrapped packages.

Upon the items being received the appropriate action may take up to 72 hours to process.

Please do not dispose of any faulty items unless advised to do so.

Unwanted Goods

Wherever possible, we are happy to assist you in taking back any goods that are no longer required, providing they are received back in a saleable condition and meet the following criteria:

1. Goods must have been supplied directly by LDL within the last 28 days. Returned items must be in their original boxed condition with seals and shrink-wrap intact and must be fit for re-sale. If this is not the case, we regret that items will be refused by LDL and returned to sender.

2. Goods must be returned at your own cost within 14 days of authorisation, clearly marked with the returns number which will be supplied by our customer support team. Goods received without a valid returns number are not able to be processed and will be returned to sender.

Please remember that we are unable to accept liability for packages damaged during transit.

Products Unable to be Returned

Products that we are unable to take back are:

  • 3D fully assembled drawers
  • 3D bespoke lighting
  • Space Towers
  • Fluid corner systems
  • Specially ordered 'back to back' products
  • Any item not delivered within the last 28 days
